Clear Silver Mirror Glass

Clear Silver Mirror is an ordinary mirror that creates images by reflection. This type of glass mirror is produced by coating a silver, copper film and two or more layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of clear glass, which has perfect acid resistance and moisture resistance.

What's the difference between silver mirror and ordinary mirror?
1. Silver mirror is coated with silver nitrate, which is not easy to oxidize or rust.
Ordinary mirrors can replace silver nitrate with mercury nitrate or mercury sulfate, in order to save costs, but the stability of mercury is not as good as silver, easy oxidation and rust.

2. The silver mirror is much clearer than ordinary mirror, and the geometrical angle of reflection of object light source is more standard.
The reflectivity of ordinary mirror is low which is about 70%, its shape and color will be easy distorted, along with issues of short life and poor corrosion resistance.

3. In the quality, generally is mercury, but the quality and production process is very different, high quality mirror should be waterproof and will not distort after a long time, while the ordinary mirror will be opposite.
